ServiceTasker Credit & Wallet Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms outline the use of wallet funds and credits on ServiceTasker.co.nz. By depositing funds, receiving credits, or using them to access job opportunities, you agree to follow these terms.

2. Wallet Funds & Usage

Users can top up their ServiceTasker Wallet by making a deposit (e.g., NZD $100). Wallet funds can be used to purchase job opportunities on the platform.

  • Refunds: Unused wallet funds (excluding promotional or credited points) may be refunded upon request.
  • Refunds will always be processed back to the original payment method used to add funds.

3. ServiceTasker Credits

ServiceTasker may issue credits to users under the following conditions:

  • Purpose: Credits are provided as deposits, promotional rewards, or as part of special offers.
  • Usage Restrictions: Credits can only be used to purchase job opportunities on the ServiceTasker platform. They cannot be transferred, exchanged, reloaded, or redeemed for cash.
  • Expiry Policy: Credits will have a set validity period, communicated at the time of issue. If no period is specified, credits will automatically expire 15 days from the date issued.
  • Non-Refundable: Credits are not refundable and cannot be withdrawn to any payment method.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Only unused wallet funds (excluding credits or promotional points) are eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the deposit.
  • Non-Refundable Amounts: Any funds already used to purchase job opportunities are non-refundable. All ServiceTasker credits are strictly non-refundable.

5. Amendments & Updates

ServiceTasker may update or modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use the platform after changes, you accept the updated terms.
